Biden says Trump 'doesn't believe' systemic racism is a 'problem'

Joe Biden hit out at president Trump during a drive-through rally in Tampa, Florida.

"Donald Trump doesn't believe that systemic racism is a problem" Mr Biden said.

"He won't say 'Black Lives Matter'. We know they matter."

The former vice president went on to say that "true justice" is more than dealing with the racial abuse, but it's about creating an "economic justice" across society, equal access to schools, housing, and financial stability.
