For years, Hamas built a vast underground system of tunnels spanning 500 km (310 miles). A system larger in scale than that of London's tube.
Dozens of Israeli hostages are kept in these tunnels, in horrible conditions.
Elma Avraham, who returned after 7 weeks in critical condition, and Nili Margalit, an Israeli nurse who treated other hostages in captivity, tell of their experience as hostages in Gaza that lie underground.
