Kentucky Bourbon Trail FOOD TOUR! | Lexington, Kentucky (area) | Vlog no. 33

We hit the Kentucky Bourbon Trail in search of great food and some bourbon education. We found amazing eateries in Lexington – how have we never had fried banana pepper rings before??? The Woodford Reserve Distillery – home to female Assistant Master Distiller (that's still a pretty big deal!) Elizabeth McCall – hosted a fun and educational tasting. Then we discovered our new favorite bourbon at the grocery store. It happens to be the product of Kentucky's first Black-owned and-operated distillery. Would you believe it only went into business in just the last few years?

Our recommendation: if you visit Kentucky, don't miss out on the banana pepper rings and the beer cheese!
