Infrared photography tutorial. In this infrared photography tutorial. I will show you how to shoot infrared photography using the Hoya R72 infrared filter. For this video you will need the Hoya r72 Filter and I will teach you how to do infrared photography. I will also show you how to set the white balance for infrared photography and how to focus infrared photography. If you want to learn how to edit infrared photography in photoshop or lightroom, I have videos.

Just a reminder that for this IR filter file, you DO need to use Adobe photoshop for post processing. I have infrared photography tutorials for post processing in the playlist as well.

Also, regarding white balance for Infrared photography, it doesn't matter too much if you are shooting RAW since you can change it later. But it is still a good photography practice to do.

Please make sure to cover the viewfinder in order to prevent Infrared hotspots from showing up on your photo. Hope you enjoyed these infrared photography tips!
