We Don't Deserve The Last of Us 2 (Analysis)

I wrote an essay of my experience playing The Last of Us Part II because I was so heartbroken to see how little love it was getting online. This is honestly one of the greatest single player games I've ever played, and I wanted to share why I thought so! If you're not interested in hearing a rave review/analysis of the game, I would probably not watch it? But I encourage you to hear me out :)!

Please excuse my inconsistent audio I've got a cheap microphone that I'll have to replace soon, this also my first attempt at doing one of these video essays so if you have any feedback for me on a technical stance I would love to know more!

The game is by no means flawless, even I recognize that, but the good stuff this game does, is REALLY good. If you didn't like the game I honestly get it, so I hoped to address some of that in the video as well!

Set five years after The Last of Us (2013), players control 19-year-old Ellie, who experiences a tragic event and sets out on a quest for vengeance across a post-apocalyptic United States. The game contains survival horror elements and is played from the third-person perspective. Players can use firearms, improvised weapons, and stealth to defend against enemies and cannibalistic creatures infected by a mutated strain of the Cordyceps fungus.
