Two Step (2 Step Tutorial) Footwork Basics/Bboy tutorial/Breakdance tutorial

This bboy footwork tutorial utilises rotation, much like the 5 step which was my last video release, with the 2 step/baby swipe, we are turning a complete 180 degrees. This step is a great stepping stone to the move swipe which I will cover in another breakdance tutorial.

If you are a new bboy or bgirl then do take your time learning this footwork drill, the form is everything, speed will come as a result of consistent practice and good form.

I recommend learning it the other direction too. This will help you learn the transitions between footwork directions much easier.

Before you practice:

1. Warm up/get your heart rate up: Always take your time to warm up your entire body.

2. Mobility. Mobilise your joints and muscles transitioning into a light stretch

3. Optional but recommended mild conditioning of the muscles surrounding the Wrists, Shoulders, Knee, Ankles, and most importantly, Core.
