Lava Canyon is a beautiful trail with great amount of rivers, waterfalls, bridges and scenery. Currently the suspension bridge is closed indefinitely, but rest of the trail is accessible. It will just require some backtracking and hiking the other side of the loop.

Experience this 1.2-mile out-and-back trail near Cougar, Washington. Generally considered an easy route, it takes an average of 35 min to complete. This is a very popular area for hiking, so you'll likely encounter other people while exploring. The best times to visit this trail are May through October.
