Back home, IndusInd Bank faced turbulence as SEBI barred former top executives, including ex-CEO Sumant Kathpalia, from securities trading over alleged insider trading linked to undisclosed accounting discrepancies. The bank had previously revealed a $230 million impact from incorrect accounting of internal derivative trades .
