Fear is everywhere in our changing world. The Legacy media and social media are constantly pumping out fearful messages. But is that projected truth really real?

The truth of your emotions is that your emotions are your body's guidance system. Just like choosing clothing to put on, you check the weather and dress accordingly. Our emotions are there to help us make choices in the moment. True fear is what happens when there is immediate danger, like if you are hiking and you get too close to a cliff! fear tells you to be careful!

But when Fear is being stirred from what people are talking about or what you see projected in the media, that is fake fear of phantom fear. It's what we call, False Evidence Appearing Real. If it's not an immediate danger, you don't need to take it on.
Fear is a powerful tool for people to manipulate others. And fear is ever present in our current reality. When fears add up, every day, it creates ANXIETY. Knowing the TRUTH about fear and recognizing a phantom fear that stands in for manipulation, will free you to be joyful and in the present moment.
