Oven Baked Peach Mango Pie by Mai Goodness | Peach Mango Pie Tart | Baked not Fried
One of Pinoy's favorite dessert and was popularized by a fast food chain Jollibee here in the Philippines, is this Peach Mango Pie but this time I made it into a round pie for your family to enjoy. This is also a good business and best gift-giving ideas for you!

Peach Mango Pie
Pie Filling Ingredients:
2 cups (500g) canned peach in syrup, cubed
1 1/2 cups ripe mango, cubed
1 cup (200g) to 1 1/4 cups light brown sugar, according to taste
1/4 cup peach syrup
1/2 tsp iodized salt
1 to 2 tsp cinnamon powder
1/4 cup cornstarch and 1/4 cup water for slurry
Dough Ingredients:
4 cups (500g) all-purpose flour
1 cup (225g) cold butter, cubed
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 large egg yolks
1 tbsp vanilla flavoring
1 tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp iodized salt
2 to 3 tbsp cold water, as needed
Baking Time:
Preheat oven at 180 degrees Celcius and bake for 40 to 50 mins or until the top crust is golden brown.
Baking Pan:
9 inch round pie pan
4 inch tart pan
