***Recipes***
Brisket: 375 F for 3 hours
Mustard
Salt (extra after cooking is optional)
Pepper
Oregano
Turkey bag
*Roasted veggies: 350 F 30 minutes
Salt
Pepper
Garlic powder
Agave (for broccoli)
*Chicken
Boneless skinless chicken thighs
Chili powder
Paprika
Garlic powder
Italian seasonings
Salt & pepper
Olive oil
Spaghetti
Alfredo sauce
Mozzarella
Parmesan
*Quiche: 350 F until lightly brown and firm

Splash of milk
Turkey

Shredded Mild cheddar cheese
*Fish cakes: Cook 2 minutes each side in vegetable oil over medium heat
Cod fish (boiled twice)
Flour (one tablespoon at a time until desired consistency)
Sugar (teaspoon)
Baking powder (table spoon)

Paprika
Italian seasonings
Thyme

Curry powder
Garlic powder
Cayenne pepper (tiny bit)
Chicken broth
Apple cider vinegar (1/4 teaspoon)

*Tuna:
2 cans of tuna
Mayo
Mustard
White onion
Chili powder
Paprika
Lemon juice
*Banana bread: bake 350 F
1 1/3 cups flour
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
2/3 cup white sugar or brown
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
3 ripe bananas
5 tablespoons unsalted room temp butter
2 eggs room temperature
*Granola bars: Set in fridge for 30 minutes
5 tablespoons of butter
1/3 cup of honey
1/4 cup brown sugar
Pinch of salt
Teaspoon vanilla
2 1/2 rolled oats
Chopped almonds
Cranberries
Raisins
Dark chocolate chips
*Apple cinnamon muffins: Bake at 350 F for 20 minutes (or until firm)
1 1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1/3 cup milk
1 Apple
1 egg
Topping:
1/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons flour
2 tablespoons butter at room temperature
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
