Robert Whittaker breaks Yoel Romero's Orbital, They go to War in Round 3
Robert Whittaker and Yoel Romero battled in a fight of the year contender during their rematch bout at UFC 225. Although Romero missed weight and the fight did not qualify as a title defense for "Bobby Knuckles", Whittaker edged out "The Soldier of God" on the judges scorecards after a five-round war.
Midway through the second round, Whittaker injured Romero's orbital bone with a solid job, which created swelling immediately. Romero wasted no time turning the momentum of the fight, as he came out in round 3 with guns blazing.
