How to improve your Jump for the Water Pit feat. Colleen Quigley | Olympians' Tips

Colleen Quigley is a long-distance runner and specialized in the steeplechase. The steeplechase is a 3.000m run with four barriers at every round which have to be jumped over plus one barrier placed in front of a pit of water where you have to step up on the barrier and then launch yourself over the pit and continue to run. This week, the Olympian will show you some drills to master the Water Pit. It's a big pit of water, you have to step upon a barrier and launch yourself over the water to continue the race. So a lot of people tend to make mistakes here because of fear. Some simple drills that can help clean up your form and solve those problems that you not as afraid of the water pit and
can really attack it and do your best work out there and have an awesome steeplechase run!

2) Bound for distance
3) Practice in the grass
