Jujinage arm lock - TenShin Aikido #takingaikidoback

In this video with Lenny Sly sensei of the #roguewarriors training compound, sly sensei shows a unique variation of jujinage. The technique starts off with a two handed frontal choke, sensei shows us how to use atemi to disrupt the attack and transition into the juji dori arm lock. Then sly sensei demonstrates several ways on how to apply the juji dori waza and then how to execute into a throw.
