How to fix 0xc000007b for EVERY GAME! (x64) - Still works 2021!

It seems like some people are having trouble downloading the files from uploaded.net. So, I also uploaded the .dll package to mediafire.
of course it's 100% free and legal too! :)
And I promise you there is no virus whatsoever!
