100% Matte Nails My Secret ( Steam & Cotton )

Hi everyone :) I've been wanting to share this secret with you for a while that way we could start working on matt nail designs for natural nails. Thanks so much for stopping by.

Steps to follow:

Step #1 Brig water to boil.

Step #2 Apply nail polish.

Step #3 While nail polish is still wet place your nails over the vapor from the boiling water.

Step #4 Using a cotton round remove the vapor from fingernails gently & only over the surface applying no pressure. The microscopic cotton fibers will adhere to your nails leaving a bone dry matt effect.
