The Colorado Avalanche take Game 3 of the Western Conference Final on the road against Connor McDavid and the Edmonton Oilers. Edmonton struck first but was answered by Valeri Nichushkin at the end of the first period and later on in the second period. After a tying goal in the third, J.T. Compher came out of the box after a huge Francouz save and beat out the defenseman to go up 3-2 late in the game.
