*Beef Stroganoff*

INGREDIENTS:
-1lb Ground Beef
-4 TBL Butter
-6 Button Mushrooms or White Mushrooms Sliced
-1 Small Onion Diced
-4 Garlic Cloves Minced
-2TBL Flour
-1/4 C. Sour Cream
-3oz Cream Cheese
-Black Pepper
-1 1/4 C. Beef Broth
INSTRUCTIONS:
-Fry up ground beef until cooked and remove from skillet.
-Place butter in skillet and melt over medium heat. Add mushrooms, onions & garlic to skillet. Once onions start to get clear at flour and whisk, slowly splashing in broth while whisking. Add sour cream and cream cheese along with any leftover broth. Continue whisking. Add black pepper. Once to desired thickness remove from heat and serve.

INGREDIENTS:
-7 Eggs
-1/2 C. Mayo
-2TBL Mustard
-Pinch Of Sugar
-Black Pepper
INSTRUCTIONS:
-Hard boil eggs and cool them. Once cool, slice in half and remove yolks.
-Place yolks in a bowl with one of the egg whites, mayo, mustard, pinch of sugar & black pepper. Blend together well, until mixture is smooth.
-Use a spoon, cookie scoop or a storage bag (with the corner cut to pipe mixture out) to put yolk mixture into egg whites. Top with black pepper and enjoy!

INGREDIENTS:
-1 Bag Of Baby Carrots
-1 Small Onion
-1 Large Bunch Of Broccoli
-3 Small Sweet Peppers
-Olive Oil
-Salt & Pepper
-Nutritional Yeast
INSTRUCTIONS:
-Roast at 400 for 30 min
Cover with foil for 20 more mins
Or till veggies are as soft as you like.

INGREDIENTS:
-2 C. Flour
-2 C. Sugar
-1 tsp Salt
-1 tsp Baking Powder
-2 tsp Baking Soda
-3/4 C. Coco
-1 C. Vegetable Oil
-1 C. Milk
-2 Eggs
-1 C. Hot Coffee
INSTRUCTIONS:
-Mix ingredients as in order, adding coffee last. Batter is thin. Bake at 350F for 30 to 40 minutes. Cool before frosting.

-3TBL Butter
-2TBL Peanut Butter
-2 TBL Marshmallow Fluff
-1 TBL Vanilla
-3 C. Confectioners Sugar
Water
INSTRUCTIONS:
Mix butter, peanut butter , marshmallow and vanilla
add confectioners sugar slowly add water to the consistency you like.
If to thin add more sugar.
