‘Can do it differently’: Friends campaign together for Higgins seat
Independent candidate for Higgins Bronwen Bock claims there is nothing in Australia's electoral act which says one member needs to be one person.
Two friends, Lucy Bradlow and Bronwen Bock, have partnered up to run for the single seat of Higgins in Victoria.
Ms Bradlow told Sky News Australia “it is a very demanding role and it’s going to require people to think about how to do it differently”.
“We’ve got imagination, and you can do it differently,” she added.
Ms Bradlow stated the two of them will “work one week on, one week off with a handover at the end of each week”.
