[TAS] Super Mario Star Road - 80 Star "Ideal Run" Segmented Speedrun In 46:55

My comments:
This Theory TAS was created to demonstrate a potential time for a near-perfect real time (RTA) run using only human viable strategies that have been proven possible to achieve RTA. The line between what is viable and not viable for a real run is blurred and up to personal interpretation, so take what you see in this run with a grain of salt, and understand it is just for entertainment. For most of the stars, (besides boss fights, coin collecting stars, and a few exceptions) they were treated as single star attempts, where I started from the star select screen, and completed the star in real time without savestates or slow down. This is why the stars are not as perfect as they could be, but I feel this made it more fair, and this is why I am calling this run both a TAS and segmented speedrun.
Special thanks to IsaacA for fixing a small issue which involved being forced to save on the toad and bunny star, as well as hexing in an improvement made to the baby penguin star. Another thank you to Tomatobird8 for teaching me how to properly encode TASes, as well as encoding the run from the end of bowser two onwards.
