How to Play Hostage Negotiator Solo Gameplay - Edward Quinn

Hostage Negotiator is a one player card game, in which we, the player, take on the role of a skilled conversationalist, focused solely on de-escalation, psychological connection, and only occasionally ordering snipers to take the shot.

This game utilizes a hand building mechanic, where cards purchased in one round are used immediately in the next, all while trying to defuse the ever-more-tense abductor and his innocent hostages. Oof!
