A known issue with domestic smoothie blenders with an inverted jar (e.g. Nutri Ninja, NutriNinja professional, Nutri bullet etc) is that with regular use the blade becomes loose and wobbly, and the jar starts leaking. This usually happens unfortunately just after the company's warranty period and is not cheap to replace. The main reason is corrosion and breakdown of the two steel ball bearings located inside the jar's rotary assembly.
Such steel ball bearings (and other small parts) are cheap and readily available on the market (online or at hardware stores). However, unless you know how to open the blade assembly, these cannot be replaced.
