Renata Flores' version of Michael Jackson's 'The way you make me feel' has become a YouTube hit in South America. Something neither she nor her mother expected when they first made the video in Quechua, the language of the Incas .
'Younger people don't speak Quechua because it's seen as an old language spoken by 'uneducated' people' Renata's mother, Patricia, told BBC Trending.
But is their hit song changing this perception? And can a pop song really revive an ancient language by making it cool? We spoke to Renata and her mother about their mission to bring Quechua back to life.
