Day 23 of the 100-day challenge to recognize 100 great people.

Today, we take it back to where it all begins. This person was there as a coach to show me a new way to measure profitability and how to scale this crazy idea. She is one of the hardest-working people I know and doesn't back down from a challenge. She helps her clients understand that times are a-changing, and you can either get on or get left behind.

She is a brilliant mind that is always asking questions to seek a deeper understanding. I owe a big part of Smartwolf Consulting to her because she believed in what I had to offer and conveyed that to dealers. I want to personally thank her for the conversations, referrals, and wisdom she has shared with me over the year, and look forward to more to come. When she retires, I will find a way to have her on my team. 😁
