Retaining wall collapse - Istanbul

Retaining wall collapse in Istanbul. Building on the top collapse later. The water behind the wall rise after rain showers and pressure on the wall was to high. The nails are maybe too short, and there should be definitly more anchorage with concrete beams. Uploaded only for education purpose. I am not owner of this video.
