Ingredients for Crust
8 graham crackers crushed

Ingredients for Cheesecake Filling
8 oz of cream cheese softened
4 tablespoons of powdered sugar
½ teaspoon of vanilla extract
4 tablespoons of whipped cream

Ingredients for Strawberry Filling
1 cup of strawberries washed and chopped
2 Tbsp of white sugar
1 teaspoon of lemon juice

Garnish
Whipped cream
caramel
Directions for Strawberry Filling
Add 1 cup of strawberries, 2 tablespoons of white sugar, and a teaspoon of lemon juice to a bowl. Mix together.
Set aside.
Directions for Crust
Add graham crackers to a blender and blend on pulse until desired consistency.
Set aside

Directions for Cheesecake Filling
To a bowl add cream cheese and beat with an electric hand mixer until smooth.
Add powdered sugar, and vanilla extract and mix together.
Fold in whipped cream.
Set aside.

Directions for Building Parfait
Add 2 heaping tablespoons of cheesecake filling to a 5 oz cup.
Then add 3-4 spoons of your crushed graham crackers to the cup.
Add 2 spoons of strawberry filling in an even layer on top of the crushed graham crackers.
Add 2 regular spoons of cheesecake filling.
Add a thin layer of crushed graham crackers.
Add one spoon of strawberry filling evenly on top of that.
Add a dollop of whipped topping and sprinkles of crushed graham crackers.
