360° Video: Grand Canyon Bright Angel Trail Exposed Hike

The 360 video gives you an honest sense of what you are up against on this hike (the first 8 minutes). It was over 100 deg F when we started from the South Rim and got hotter the further we went down. You need to bring water and be careful. Someone fell 400 ft off a similar trail a week after we filmed this. That said the boys had fun, but we watched them like hawks and when they started getting uncomfortable as the trail continued we turned around. I've hiked the trail previously with a large pack all the way down to the Colorado River to start a rafting trip so I am familiar this stunning trail.
