'Art Major Asian plus (AMA+)' Scholarship Program of K-Arts

* AMA+ Scholarship program: Funded by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Korea and the Korea National University of Arts, Art Major Asian plus (AMA+) is an Official Development Assistance(ODA) programme in discovering and educating young talented artists from developing countries. Since 2005, K-Arts has hosted 281 young art students from 23 countries, providing them full tuition, roundtrip airfare, monthly allowance, medical insurance and Korean language course. Graduates, 168 as of September 2019, are expected to play a pioneering role in their home countries' art scene. AMAzing Festival in this video is a platform for AMA+ fellows to showcase their achievements in K-Arts and to exhibit artworks created from experience of the clash and interlacing of different culture.

* 해외 예술계 인력 양성 (AMA+) 장학 사업: 아시아 개발도상국의 우수한 청년예술인재를 한국예술종합학교 국비장학생으로 선발하여 예술사·예술전문사(학·석사) 과정을 지원하고 육성하는 프로그램. 예술 교육을 통한 풍요로운 삶의 기반과 가치 창출을 목표로 2005년에 시작하여 현재까지 23개국 281명의 AMA+ 장학생이 입학하고 168명이 졸업하였다.
