यूपी होमगार्ड भर्ती परीक्षा 25 से 27 अप्रैल के बीच आयोजित की गई, जिसमें 41,424 पदों के लिए लाखों उम्मीदवार शामिल हुए। अब सभी की नजर रिजल्ट और सैलरी पर टिकी है। फिलहाल होमगार्ड जवानों को ड्यूटी के आधार पर 600 से 700 रुपये प्रतिदिन भत्ता मिलता है, जिससे मासिक आय 20 से 25 हजार रुपये तक पहुंच सकती है। 8वें वेतन आयोग के लागू होने के बाद दैनिक भत्ता 900 से 1000 रुपये तक बढ़ने की संभावना है, जिससे सैलरी में बड़ा इजाफा हो सकता है। रिजल्ट जून के अंत या जुलाई की शुरुआत में जारी होने की उम्मीद है।

The UP Home Guard recruitment exam for 41,424 posts was conducted between April 25 and 27, drawing lakhs of candidates. Now, all eyes are on the result and expected salary. Currently, Home Guards receive a daily allowance of ₹600–700, leading to a monthly earning of around ₹20,000–25,000 depending on duty days. With the possible implementation of the 8th Pay Commission, the daily allowance may rise to ₹900–1000, significantly increasing monthly income. The result is expected by late June or early July.
