Tulle- Cut 8in long

Ribbon- Cut Ribbon 8in long

Directions: Start by cutting Ribbon and Tulle 8in long. Take Tulle and ruffle from corner to corner and take Ribbon and pinch center. Make Bundles with Tulle on top of Ribbon and then fold in half. Glue sides together or use clear Rubber Bands. Take your Heart Frame and cover with Chunky Yarn. Glue bundles onto outer edge of frame on top of yarn. Lastly cut a heart out of Foam Core Board. Add Batting and wrap with Microfiber Cloth. Glue onto back of Heart Wreath and your project is complete.
