Minecraft – T Flip-Flop Explained

The T flip-flop is one of the most useful things you can build with redstone in Minecraft. There are many applications, including the ability to open a piston door from both sides, or use any number of pressure plate or button inputs!

For those coming from my 3x3 spiral door video (https://youtu.be/JDEgi0XXGXw), I hope this helped you learn how to open it from both sides! I will probably be referencing this tutorial in future piston door tutorials. For those of you that had trouble with the middle block not retracting, it is likely that you accidentally sent a button-like pulse like I did at 2:37 in this video. Happy redstoning!
