Slide Anchor Box Anchor System + Anchor Buddy - Proper Use

I originally made this video for my family members who would be using the boat without me being present. But I thought I'd leave it up for anyone trying to grasp this setup.

This is the anchor system we use on our boats. Slide Anchor Box Anchor with Danik Hooks & Anchor Buddy (or equivalent). Along with the setup, this video explains a bit about why this setup is superior to just running a single line, especially in choppy conditions.
