"Our Brief Visit to Newport, Oregon"

Produced with CyberLink PowerDirector 20... We took a half day to drive to and visit Newport, Oregon, on the Oregon Coast. Newport is a quiet little fishing village with two lighthouses. We only had time to see the old original one from the 1800s. The trip started as a beautiful sunny day, but soon turned into a cold, windy, overcast, and damp day (not the best weather for photos!). The mist fogged up my Go-Pro camera as I walked toward the beach. The tide was way out, making the beach huge!! The sand is light brown, almost like light colored hot chocolate. The seafood was great and the waitress very attentive; (but she had never heard of hushpuppies! haha!) It was a fun few hours, but I would love to visit for an entire sunny day!! I hope you enjoy this very brief look at Newport, Oregon!!
