How to restart alternate day fasting, a longer intermittent fasting pattern to help lose weight, decrease chronic inflammation, prevent and reverse chronic illness such as type 2 diabetes, increase muscle tone, decrease binge eating, get more control over emotional eating and the appetite, and age backward!
I have used alternate day fasting to lose over 60 pounds in 8 months and although challenging, it was simple as long as I had the right mindset for weight loss to get back on the horse and try again.
