Can a DA Polish 1500g Sandpaper

In this video I am trying to polish out sandpaper marks with a 21mm DA polisher.
Something that alot of people struggle to do even with a rotary machine.
This can be beneficial because if you have paintwork that is heavily swirled or scratched then you know that it can be corrected with a DA machine.
