Tony Orlando & Dawn : Show #2 (1974)

This is the 1974 "Pilot Episode" of the historic 1970's tv hit variety show "Tony Orlando & Dawn"! This show is very important to American television history for several reasons:1.) This was the first American television show to feature an American Puerto Rican Man in the staring role of a television show.2.) Tony Orlando is only the second Latino American Man to have his own television show on American television (The first was Desi Arnaz of the show "I Love Lucy"!)3.)This is the first American television show to feature a fantastic integration of both Latino and Black American Performers, together, in starring roles, on an American Television Show. This variety show was extremely popular in the 1970's and many Latin American youth don't know about this show (I want them to know about this show, because it is a great and proud part of their history)!This show ran on American tv for three seasons, from 1974 - 1976 and the show produced a total of 44 hour long episodes. Right now, I have 11 episodes of the show, but I am working on getting the entire 44 episodes for everyone to enjoy. I'll be running the show every Saturday @ 7pm (cst) @ Cinema Unlimitted.
