Why aren't Europeans allowed to be proud of their empires.
So Mongolia has statues of Genghis Khan as it is proud of its history. Similarly Iran is proud of this empire that ruled over so many countries. So why are Europeans not proud?
first reason is simple while the Mongols did conquer many nations it’s nowhere near European colonies. It was also centuries ago so no one hates modern Mongolia.
Moreover European empires didn't just rule, but they are also famous for exploiting natives, the slave trade, African borders that cause conflicts to this day, and even the two World Wars.
