Okay y'all this just about blew my mind. have I been cooking mushrooms wrong my whole life?! Apparently, if you boil mushrooms before pan-frying them they turn out AMAZING. This little mushroom hack is something that I absolutely had to try as soon as I learned about it. Mark at Sauce Stache is the one that brought this to my attention. I hope that this will make an already incredible food to the next level!
