David Soul in The Streets of San Francisco

From the TV Series, this episode from 1972. Stone (Madden) is sidelined with a broken ankle, so Keller (Douglas) teams up with hot-headed Inspector Jim Martin (Soul) to track down a young Mexican suspected of murder. But Martin's prejudice against Mexicans threatens the investigation's success.
