Why the Jedi Council REFUSED to Speak of Darth Revan

Darth Revan is one of the most important Jedi in all of Star Wars, but the Council barely spoke of him, and they had their reasons. He saved the Republic from the Mandalorians, then saved it from himself, and when he finally stood before the Masters asking them to listen to what he had learned, they quietly made sure he would never teach it to anyone else. His legend went out into the galaxy. The truth stayed inside the Temple.

In this video we walk through Revan's full story in order, from the Mandalorian Wars through Malachor V, the fall in the Unknown Regions, the rebuilt Jedi who hunted Malak, and the final mission into Sith space that the Council never recorded. We also cover what really happened to Meetra Surik, why Bastila was treated the way she was, and why Revan's philosophy of the Force was never allowed to sit beside the Jedi Code.
