I need your help... [ Life Update ]

This video was extremely difficult for me to record. I am a very private person and as a man of Caribbean/Latino ancestry, we tend to suffer in silence and have a toxic way of dealing or expressing mental anguish. But Im sharing it for people out there that may have been through or is currently going through the same thing. I tend to go on long periods with being a hermit. That is, being withdrawn from friends & family as well as society as a whole. I don't want to be like this. I believe that there are methods and tools available if I walk towards the fear and share my story with the world.

As a musician I create music which relay the state of my emotional and mental anguish. During the previous mental cycle I experienced, I created a song which accurately depicts the terror I feel in my soul. The song is called Suicide Watch and I will link it below. One love and peace to all.
