Ashish Khazanchi @enn._.ui, Founder of Enormous @enormousbrands, looks back at the time in Indian Advertising when building culture was just as integral for an agency as building brands, and navigates how the saying has aged in the last few years.

Khazanchi boils this “fun” down to not compensation but the literal meaning of it—the culture of advertising that makes it attractive and soulful. The youth in the industry no longer recognise it. On the brighter side, the Top 1% of India’s Agency Business Heads recognise and agree with this shift, which makes the near future look a lot more promising!
