DITO reviewed. Dito Telecommunity Corporation, is a telecommunications company in the Philippines. It is a consortium of Davao businessman Dennis Uy's Udenna Corporation and its subsidiary Chelsea Logistics Corporation, and Chinese state-owned China Telecommunications Corporation, a parent company of China Telecom. A third telecom player that will rival the telecom giants led by Smart Communications and Globe Telecoms, Internet, cellular network and data provider.

Discussed is the stock MerryMart Grocery and Supermarket headed by Injap Sia, one of the hottest stocks in the Philippines today and the rival of Puregold with hundreds of nationwide branches.

MERRYMART Grocery Centers Inc. opened its first supermarket at the Ground Floor of DoubleDragon Plaza, DD Meridian Park, Bay Area, Metro Manila, and the setting of MERRYMART’s 12-12-12 Vision 2030.

MERRYMART aims to cover all the grocery retail categories from small, medium and large grocery retail formats. MERRYMART will have three (3) grocery retail formats:
1. MERRYMART Grocery
2. MERRYMART Market
3. MERRYMART Store

PHR reviewed - PH Resorts Group Holdings, Inc. (PHR), formerly Philippine H2O Ventures Corp. (H2O), was originally incorporated as Calapan Equity Ventures, Inc. on January 30, 2009 as an investment holding company.

In 2018, PHR became a subsidiary of Udenna Development Corporation (Udenna) through the sale and purchase agreement between its former parent entity Jolliville Holdings Corporation and Udenna. In the same year, PHR changed its corporate name and primary purpose to the present one.

Last stock in review is ACEN. AC Energy Philippines, Inc. (ACEN), formerly PHINMA Energy Corporation (PHEN), was originally established and incorporated as Trans-Asia Oil and Mineral Development Corporation on September 8, 1969. ACEN is engaged primarily in power generation and supply, with secondary investments in petroleum and geothermal exploration. On October 11, 2019, the Securities and Exchange Commission approved the change in corporate name to the present one.

ACEN is engaged in power generation and trading, oil and mineral exploration, development and production. The Company was registered as a wholesale aggregator and is a licensed retail electricity supplier (RES). As a RES, the Company is allowed to supply electricity to the contestable market.
