This documentary is based on Philip Leonetti's accounts. It explains Nicky Scarfos tenure as boss of the Philadelphia family following the death of Phil 'The Chicken Man' Testa.

It explains Scarfos new policy of the street tax, Salvatore 'Salvi' Testa's revenge on the killers of his father, the war with the Riccobene's, and much more.

Please note : The pictures of Rocco Marinucci and Sonny Riccobene, the mothers of Sammy Tamborino and Sonny Riccobene are for illustration only. Also please note, that Nick 'The Crow' Caramandi wasn't really a crow. In addition the killing of Frank Monte at a gas station was NOT a Sicilian message to say 'this is what happens to those that have gas issues.'

Its important to note, that whilst Scarfo's crew were hunting down the Riccobene faction, Scarfo gave the order to kill one of his own men Pat 'The Cat' Spirito. Spirito was killed because he was stalling on the killing of Riccobenes men. Scarfo also ordered the killing of a long time soldier Frankie Flowers D Alfonso for not turning up after being sent for.
