RV Solar Phase 1 - 1200W Solar RV Build Detailed Walk-through

In this video we show you how we installed phase 1 of our solar system which includes putting the panels on the roof, running wires and hooking up the charge controller. In this video I walk you through the installation of the panels on the roof, combining the power and running the wires and making the roof penetration. We then show you how and what wires we ran down through the RV to the MPPT charge controller. We also give you an overview of how the charger connects to the battery via the 500A shunt that the battery monitor uses to keep track of battery capacity.
