How to get a chiselled back in your 40’s
Here’s a back workout for you to try.
Each exercise is done back to back with no rest.
Superset Exercise 1.
(3 sets of 10-12)
- straight arm overhead pull down
- invert grip overhead pull down
- wide grip overhead pull down
Superset Exercise 2.
(3 sets of 10-12)
- incline straight arm rows
- single arm Lat concentration
Superset Exercise 3.
(3 sets of 10-12)
- single arm body weight incline pull-ups
- incline bench dumbbell pull-ups
- incline bench dumbbell reverse flyes
Superset Exercise 4.
(3 sets of 10-12)
- landmine double grip incline rows
- landmine single arm incline rows
