Lahore: Daily Monitoring of CMH Applications and Front Desk Complaints Begins

DIG Operations Lahore Faisal Kamran has initiated daily monitoring of CMH applications and complaints received at police front desks.
He directed all SHOs to remain fully aware of applications received in their police stations and the progress made on them. Faisal Kamran stated that negligence or ignorance regarding public complaints will not be tolerated.
The DIG Operations held two open court sessions today, listening to complaints from 104 citizens and issuing immediate action orders to concerned officers.
Instructions were also issued regarding threats to complainants, fraud cases, property disputes, harassment, domestic violence, and blackmailing incidents to ensure transparent investigations and timely legal action.
Faisal Kamran emphasized that strict action against violence against women, fraudsters, and criminal elements will continue without discrimination.
