-According to reddit, people have also had success with Jolse and Credithink asking directly for a refund. Worth trying directly with the retailer you purchased from.
-(edit 1/28/21) Yesstyle is now offering refunds for Keep Cool SPF purchased from July 1 2020 - January 20th -2021. Under my account find the eligible order and click on it (order details on mobile) you should see a big green button that says "Keep Cool Refund."

(edit 1/28/21) Be Plain has now pulled their Clean Ocean Sunscreen and made an official statement on their website: https://www.beplain.co.kr/board/view.php?&bdId=notice&sno=77
(Interesting to note they have measured the sunscreen at SPF 30.7 PPD 16.8) Refunds can be requested but the translation is difficult for me, info on the official statement.
