10 Things I Did To Grow My EDGES BACK!

1 - I STOPPED wearing lace wigs and frontals!
2 - I STOPPED washing my hair once a week
I only shampoo washed my hair once a month until it grew back then I went back to once a week.
3 - I used edge growth oil every other day and while styling my hair
4 - I styled my hair once a month
I wore braids with the edges left out such as goddess braids and box braids
I also wore clip ins to wear my hair straight, here is a tutorial I did on how to install clip ins

5 - I STOPPED sleeping with scarves and bonnets
I tied a silk scarf around my pillow case
6 - I shampoo washed my hair using a clarifying shampoo
- ORS Shampoo
- Isoplus Color Activated Hair Shampoo
7 - I deep conditioned and did a hybrid co-wash once a week
- ORS deep conditioner used for Hybrid Co-Wash and deep conditioning treatment
- TGIN leave in conditioner all over my hair
8 - I used deep conditioner as a leave in conditioner for my edges
9 - I trimmed the ends of my edges
10 - I strictly followed this 30 day hair routine

30 DAY HAIR GROWTH ROUTINE

DAY 1: clarifying shampoo wash + 1 hr deep conditioning treatment, message edges with edge growth oil, blow dry with paddle brush on medium heat with a leave in conditioner, apply thin layer of deep conditioner to hair edges after blow drying, trim edges with search and destroy method

DAY 2: install protective style leaving out edges, message edges with edge growth oil, slick down edges with fingers and edge control, every night sleep on satin/silk pillowcase or satin/silk scarf wrapped pillow

DAY 7: deep condition for 1 hour, message edges with edge growth oil, apply leave in conditioner to braids, apply thin layer of deep conditioner to hair edges, air dry

DAY 14: deep condition for 1 hour, message edges with edge growth oil, apply leave in conditioner to braids, apply thin layer of deep conditioner to hair edges, air dry

DAY 30: REPEAT DAY 1, trim edges (optional)
