NOI hackathon 2023.
Together with the team, we developed a web-based software solution for customer identification. In this solution we, first, detect the customers by their faces, then we recognize them if they already exist in our database (identification), and on top of that, we provide emotion recognition (which allows us to identify whether the customer was happy or unhappy after visiting the shop).
Last but not least, we propose a solution to identify popular places visited in the shop: for this purpose, we offer optical flow estimation and from this flow, we provide a heat map where the customer's visits are indicated.
